Community Guidelines
Last updated August 6, 2026
Welcome to Huddle.
Huddle, operated by GloboGym Inc., is a social accountability app that helps people show up for their workouts together. Huddles are small groups of friends, training partners, and teammates who post photos of their workouts, cheer each other on, and stay consistent over time.
These Community Guidelines describe how we expect everyone in the Huddle community to behave. They apply to everything you do on Huddle, like your username, profile, photos, captions, comments, group names, location descriptions, and the way you interact with other members. They are part of your agreement with GloboGym Inc. under our Terms & Conditions of Service, and they work alongside our Privacy Policy.
We want Huddle to feel like a supportive locker room: motivating, honest, and safe. Please read these guidelines, follow them, and help us keep this community a place worth showing up for.
Who these guidelines apply to
These guidelines apply to every Huddle user and to all content and conduct on the Service (as defined in the Huddle Terms & Conditions of Service, located at https://www.huddlefit.co/terms), including:
- Profiles, usernames, display names, and bios
- Workout posts, photos, captions, titles, and location descriptions
- Comments, reactions, and direct messages within a huddle
- Group names, group descriptions, and challenges
- Any links, files, or other material you share through the Service
To use Huddle, you must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law if that is higher. You must also be able to enter into a binding agreement and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable laws where you use Huddle. If you are under the age of majority where you live or use Huddle, you should review these guidelines with a parent or guardian.
Advertisers, partners, and developers who interact with Huddle are subject to these guidelines and to any additional rules we publish for them.
Core values
Huddle is built on a few simple ideas. Keep these in mind whenever you post or interact:
- Show up for each other. Be the kind of group member you would want to train with.
- Be real. Post your actual workouts. Authenticity is what makes accountability work.
- Be kind. Encourage progress at every level, whether for beginners, returning athletes, and lifelong lifters.
- Be inclusive. Welcome people of every body type, ability, identity, and background.
- Be responsible. Train safely, respect your surroundings and follow the rules of your gym, club, trail, or facility.
Safety and responsible fitness
Huddle is a social app, not a medical or coaching service. Workouts are inherently physical, and you are responsible for your own health, safety and choices.
- Train within your limits. Warm up, use proper form, and stop if something hurts.
- Talk to a professional. Speak with a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, changing your routine significantly, or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
- No medical advice. Posts, captions, comments, group chat and anything else in or on Huddle are not medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional guidance.
- Avoid dangerous content. Do not post or promote unsafe lifts, reckless stunts, untested supplements, performance-enhancing drugs, extreme dieting, or any practice that a reasonable person would consider likely to cause serious injury.
- Do not glorify disordered eating, self-harm, or extreme weight manipulation. Recovery-focused conversations are welcome; content that celebrates or instructs harmful behavior is not.
- Respect the space you train in. Follow gym rules, posted signage, local laws, and the trail, road, or facility etiquette of wherever you work out.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a recognized crisis hotline. Huddle is not a substitute for emergency support.
Respect, harassment, and hateful conduct
Huddle is for encouragement, not for tearing people down.
You may not:
- Bully, harass, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any person or group.
- Post content that demeans, defames, or promotes discrimination or violence based on race, color, caste, ethnicity, national origin, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, age, body size or weight, pregnancy status, or veteran status.
- Body-shame, fat-shame, or fitness-shame other members. Critical commentary about someone’s body, weight, food, training choices, or progress is not welcome.
- Engage in personal attacks, name-calling, pile-ons, or coordinated harassment.
- Continue to contact someone, including from another account, after they have blocked you, left your huddle, or asked you to stop.
- Abuse our reporting tools, for example by mass-reporting content you simply disagree with.
We do not allow terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or hate groups to use Huddle, and we prohibit content that praises, promotes, or recruits for them.
Privacy, consent, and personal information
Huddle is built around small groups and a lot of what you or others choose to share may be sensitive: e.g., your location, your body, your routine, your health. Treat your own information, and other people’s information, with care.
Protect your own information:
- Think before you share details like your home address, gym schedule, daily route, workplace, school, or phone number, especially in public-facing captions or profile fields.
- Remember that your approximate location, your posted GPS coordinates, your text location description, and your photo backgrounds can reveal where you live, work, or train.
- Be mindful that your activity data. Workout counts, streaks, leaderboard rank, challenge participation, and recap statistics are visible to other members of your huddle.
Respect other people’s information and consent:
- Do not post photos, videos, or recognizable images of other people without their permission, especially in gyms, studios, locker rooms, changing areas, medical facilities, or anywhere they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Never share another person’s private or identifying information - home or work address, phone number, email, financial details, IDs, medical information, immigration status, or precise location - without their clear consent. This is “doxxing” and it is prohibited.
- If someone asks you to remove a photo, video, comment, or tag that depicts or identifies them, please do so promptly.
- Do not use Huddle to track, monitor, or surveil someone without their knowledge and consent, including a current or former partner.
Sensitive content:
- Health, fitness, and body-related information can be sensitive. Share your own as you see fit, but do not pressure others to disclose theirs.
- Do not screenshot or repost another member’s private posts, group conversations, or profile information outside of Huddle without their permission.
You control your own privacy settings, including whether your profile is private, what location information you share, and which notifications you receive. You can review and change these in your in-app Settings. For full details on how Huddle collects, uses, and shares personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Authentic content and fair participation
Accountability only works if posts reflect what really happened.
Please:
- Post workouts that you actually completed.
- Use captions, titles, and location descriptions that honestly describe the activity.
- Use Huddle’s photo features as intended - your camera capture is meant to show your real workout in the moment.
Please do not:
- Fake, stage, or recycle workouts to game streaks, leaderboards, challenges, or experience points.
- Use other people’s photos as if they were your own.
- Manipulate posts, photos, captions, or stats to deceive your huddle.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or multiple accounts to inflate activity, complete challenges, or boost rankings.
- Misuse generative AI features to fabricate workouts, locations, or events you did not actually do. Clearly creative or playful use is welcome; deceptive use is not.
If you miss a day, that’s fine. Huddle is built for honest consistency, not perfection.
Prohibited illegal, regulated, and harmful content
Do not use Huddle to share content that is illegal where you live, or to plan, promote, or participate in unlawful activity. In particular, the following are prohibited.
- Child safety violations. Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes a minor is strictly prohibited. We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities. Never share, request, or save sexual or nude content involving anyone under 18, including images of yourself if you are under 18.
- Sexual content. Pornography, sexually explicit content, and commercial sexual services are not allowed. Non-sexual nudity in clearly appropriate contexts (for example, breastfeeding) is generally permitted.
- Sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and other human exploitation.
- Violence and graphic content. Threats of violence, content that encourages violence against people or animals, and gratuitous or graphic depictions of injury, gore, or animal cruelty.
- Self-harm and eating disorders. Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-injury, suicide, or disordered eating .
- Illegal or regulated goods. Buying, selling, trading, or facilitating illegal drugs, prescription medications outside of lawful channels, performance-enhancing drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen goods, or other contraband. Promotion of regulated products (alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, gambling) where prohibited or to underage users.
- Dangerous misinformation. Content that denies tragic events, promotes harmful medical claims, or attempts to undermine the integrity of civic processes, including through deceptive editing or AI-generated content.
Spam, fraud, and impersonation
Keep huddles useful and trustworthy.
- No spam. Don’t flood huddles, comments, or messages with repetitive content, unrelated promotions, follower-growth schemes, multilevel marketing, or pyramid schemes.
- No fraud. Don’t promote scams, fake products, get-rich-quick schemes, or fraudulent fitness, supplement, or coaching offers. Disclose paid or sponsored content clearly.
- No impersonation. Don’t pretend to be someone you are not - another user, a public figure, a coach, a brand, GloboGym, Huddle, or any organization - in a way that is misleading or harmful. Parody and satire are fine when clearly labeled and not used to deceive or harass.
- No phishing or credential theft. Don’t try to obtain other users' passwords, verification codes, or account access.
- No unauthorized data harvesting. Don’t extract, scrape, or compile member profiles, posts, photos, or activity data outside of features Huddle provides.
Intellectual property
Respect the work of others, and understand what happens with what you post.
- Only post content you created or have the right to share. Don’t post photos, videos, music, logos, or other material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- The Huddle name, logo, app design, and related marks belong to GloboGym Inc. Don’t use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
- When you post content on Huddle, you keep your underlying rights, and you also grant GloboGym the license described in our Terms & Conditions of Service so we can operate, display, and improve the Service.
- If you believe content on Huddle infringes your copyright or trademark, please use the notice process described in our Terms & Conditions of Service.
Account security
Your account is yours to protect.
- Use a strong, unique password and don’t reuse it on other services.
- Don’t share your password, login codes, or account access with anyone else.
- Enable any additional security features Huddle offers.
- Don’t let anyone else post or interact from your account in ways that would violate these guidelines - you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, change your password immediately and contact us.
- Don’t try to access another user’s account, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with Huddle’s security, infrastructure, or normal operation.
One person, one account. Don’t create accounts to evade enforcement of these guidelines, restrictions, or blocks.
Reporting
If you see something that doesn’t belong on Huddle, please tell us.
- In-app reporting. Use the report option on a post, comment, profile, group, or message. This is the fastest way for our safety team to find and review what you’ve flagged.
- General and safety reports by email. If the in-app tools aren’t available or you need to share something more sensitive, you can write to team@huddlefit.co.
- Legal notices, IP and trademark complaints, and enforcement appeals. Send these to legal@huddlefit.co. Copyright and trademark notices should follow the process described in our Terms & Conditions of Service.
- Privacy and data requests. For questions about your personal information or to exercise the privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy, write to privacy@huddlefit.co.
- Emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
You can report concerns whether or not you have a Huddle account. Reports are reviewed by our safety team. We may ask for additional information to investigate. Please report in good faith - abusing the reporting system is itself a violation of these guidelines.
Enforcement and appeals
We may review content and conduct on Huddle, but we don’t review everything proactively, and we can't guarantee that every post or member follows these guidelines. When we identify a violation, we take action that we believe is appropriate to the situation. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, that may include:
- Removing or restricting the visibility of content
- Issuing a warning
- Limiting features (for example, posting, commenting, or joining new huddles)
- Removing you from a huddle or group
- Suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Reporting activity to law enforcement when we believe there is an imminent threat to life or a legal obligation to do so
We try to apply these guidelines consistently and consider context, including whether content has educational, newsworthy, or social value. We may make exceptions in our reasonable discretion.
Appeals. If you believe we made the wrong call on your content or account, you can request a review by replying to the enforcement notification or writing to legal@huddlefit.co. Please include any context that helps us understand the situation.
If your account is terminated for violating these guidelines, you are not permitted to use Huddle again without our written permission.
